Vic Boardman graduated with his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and was a Golub Capital Board Fellow in 2025. Before Kellogg, Vic worked as a consultant at Accenture and will return to the consulting industry with BCG in Chicago. He earned his B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia. Outside the classroom and workplace, Vic enjoys exploring Chicago’s vibrant culinary scene, cheering on his favorite sports teams, exercising, and spending quality time with friends and family. He is passionate about mentorship, community building, and creating spaces where people feel seen and supported.

Alexis is a seasoned technology executive and strategic advisor with over 25 years of experience leading high-stakes initiatives and digital transformation for the world’s most recognizable brands. She spent 14 years at Google, where as a Senior Manager she spearheaded strategic partnerships and led complex projects for Fortune 500 clients. Before that, she was a Manager at Accenture, where she developed rigorous discipline in strategy consulting, change management and large-scale technology implementation. Currently, Alexis is an independent advisor and founder of Breakout Path, a boutique coaching and advisory practice that helps leaders and organizations unlock growth and navigate pivotal change. Her work in this space is complemented by her award-winning podcast, The Breakout Booth, which has earned notable industry recognition with Webby and Signal Awards for its raw and insightful exploration of professional resilience, burnout, and financial health. A dedicated member of the Roycemore community, Alexis is the parent of a current Roycemore student and looks forward to having both of her children attend the school this fall. Her deep commitment to the school’s success is fueled by her firsthand experience as a parent, and she joins the Board of Trustees with a personal mission to ensure Roycemore continues to provide an environment where every student has the tools to find their own agency and lead a life of purpose.

Tim Costello has worked in education since 1998, having served as a teacher, Vice Principal, Division Head, and Head of School. Upon graduation from Villanova University with a degree in business administration, Tim participated in a volunteer program, placing recent college graduates in inner-city schools. He taught fifth grade in California while earning a Master’s Degree in School Leadership from the University of San Francisco. During his final two years in the Bay Area, Tim assumed the role of vice-principal in addition to his teaching responsibilities. He then moved to Seattle to teach fifth grade at an independent school for gifted students. Tim was then named founding Middle School Head at Open Window School in Bellevue, WA. In 2013, Tim was named the 7th Head of School at Science & Arts Academy in Des Plaines, IL, a position he held for ten years. Currently, Tim is the Head of School at The Independence School in Newark, DE. An avid sports fan, he roots passionately for all professional teams from Philadelphia, where he was born and raised, as well as Villanova basketball. Tim enjoys traveling, with a special fondness for road trips and visits to national parks with his wife Ana and four children.

Casey serves as the Executive Director of Hyde Park Day Schools and has held that position since 2011. Casey earned his BS in Special Education and Teaching from Northern Illinois University, his MA Ed. in educational administration from DePaul University, and his Ed. D. in educational leadership from National Louis University. Casey is the parent of a Class of 2025 Roycemore alum.

Marisa de la Torre is a senior research associate at the University of Chicago Consortium on School Research. Her work focuses on the public schools in Chicago. Her research interests include urban school reform, school choice, early indicators of school success, and English learners. Before joining the Consortium, Marisa worked for the Chicago Public Schools in the Office of Research, Evaluation, and Accountability. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, making puzzles, reading, and watching Star Trek episodes. Marisa grew up in Madrid, Spain, later moved to Evanston, and got a degree from Northwestern University. Her daughter, Ela, attended high school at Roycemore and graduated in 2021.

Edith served as a Latin and English teacher at Roycemore in 1956 and was an adviser to an award-winning yearbook staff for years. She also served as Roycemore’s Public Relations and Communications Coordinator and later the Director of Admissions. Mrs. Eisner retired from Roycemore in 1985 and in 1989 was elected to the Roycemore School Board of Trustees. She is the school’s longest-serving trustee, and after another 29 years as an active trustee, the board conferred Mrs. Eisner the status of Life Trustee. Mrs. Eisner and her family have been steadfast benefactors of Roycemore through philanthropy and deed. Mrs. Eisner married the Chair of Roycemore’s Board of Trustees, Robert Eisner. Upon his passing, Mrs. Eisner established the Robert Eisner Distinguished Scholarship Program in his memory. This program provides students with tremendous benefits as it awards up to three new full-tuition scholarships annually to Roycemore students based on their academic achievement and outstanding leadership abilities.

Tom has served as Chair of the Board of Trustees for more than 10 years. He has led the Board through the school’s acquisition and relocation of its campus to 1200 Davis Street, Head of School searches, and long-term strategic planning. Tom and his wife, Lynn, are the proud parents of two Roycemore “lifers” who attended the school from pre-K through Grade 12. Tom works as the Director of Litigation for Nolan Law Group, a Chicago-based trial law firm, where he advocates for victims of aviation accidents and other catastrophic accidents. In addition to his volunteer work at Roycemore, Tom currently serves on the Development Committee for his independent school alma mater in St. Louis- Thomas Jefferson School and devotes other time to the Brain Injury Association of Illinois.

Luis (Lou) Fernández is a strategic Chief Financial Officer, business advisor, and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience leading financial strategy, operational transformation, and organizational growth across private, nonprofit, and consumer-facing companies. He currently serves as a CFO Advisor at How to Manage a Small Law Firm, where he helps law firm owners gain financial clarity and build sustainable, growth-oriented businesses. He is also the Founder and CEO of LumaKa Ventures, parent company of LumaKa Pets and LumaKa Publishing, and Co-Founder and CFO of Birdie Bonanza, a charitable golf organization supporting nationally recognized nonprofits that serve children, veterans, and families in need. Lou previously served as President and Board Member of Montessori School of Lake Forest, where he helped guide the school through a period of financial transformation and COVID recovery. He joined the Roycemore Board of Trustees to contribute financial and strategic expertise in support of the school’s continued growth and mission. Lou and his wife Erika live in Long Grove with their daughter Madeleine, a proud Griffin who joined Roycemore in January 2026 as a fifth grader. Together they enjoy travel, culture, animals, and spending time with their extended family, including Luis’s four grown children.

Kevin Foote is a former equities and derivatives trader with Goldman Sachs and the Hull Group, later co-managing an independent trading firm of his own. His focus has always been on managing people and situations with a clear statistical research discipline and establishing formal processes to ensure future success. He now devotes his time to a real estate investment business that he founded in 2011, parenting his teen, and serving in various nonprofit leadership capacities. Kevin has a history of work with youth-oriented philanthropic ventures including the Adoption Center of Illinois, Children’s Research Triangle, the Nettelhorst School, and the Chicago Yacht Club. He holds a degree in economics from Colgate University (1989) and lives in Chicago with his wife Diane, and their son Steven, a proud Roycemore alum.

Sam Iosevich is a proud alumnus of Roycemore School, Class of 1991, and a current member of the Board of Trustees. Roycemore is a family tradition — his older brother also attended the high school, and his son, Aaron, is a fellow graduate. Sam is an accomplished entrepreneur, having founded and grown companies specializing in business analytics. Over the past three decades, he has developed and implemented advanced analytics platforms for some of the world’s largest retail and consumer packaged goods companies. Throughout his career, Sam has led consulting practices at firms such as SAS Institute, Antuit, and Prognos (which he founded). He is currently the Chief Analytics Officer at the Parker Avery Group. Sam holds master’s degrees in Nuclear Engineering & Engineering Physics and Medical Physics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He lives in Evanston, Illinois, with his wife and two children.

Jennifer brings a wealth of experience in recruitment and non-profit administration to the Roycemore Board. She is currently a senior-level talent acquisition and advisory professional with Perpetual, where she leverages her expertise in executive search, leadership and organizational strategy. Beyond her corporate career, Jen has a deep-rooted commitment to community service. She serves on several local boards, including the JUF Women’s Board and Response for Teens Advisory Board. Previously, she spent eight years as the board lead for the recruitment and retention committee at an independent school and most recently, she completed a two-year term as PTA Co-President. During a 5 year hiatus from the corporate sector, Jen served as the Associate Director of a Midwest sleepaway camp. In this role, she oversaw complex operational functions and managed a community of more than 100 seasonal staff members and 350 campers. Jennifer is a graduate of Brandeis University and holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Northwestern University. She lives in Evanston with her husband and four children, and is the proud parent of a Roycemore graduate and a current student.

Bhaskar serves as a Vice President of Fractal, a global AI specialist. Bhaskar grew up in New Delhi, India where he attended Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, a prestigious private school and there after majored in Economics at Delhi University and an MBA from MICA. As a parent to an Early Childhood student, Bhaskar has been an outstanding volunteer and member of the Roycemore Family Association Executive Committee. Bhaskar lives in Evanston with his wife and daughter.

Thomas is a Managing Director at Neuberger Berman, a global institutional asset manager with $500B in assets under management. He works with US public and corporate pensions, foundations, endowments, family offices, and other institutions. His career spans over 15 years since completing his M.B.A. from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Prior to business school, Thomas served as a Captain in the United States Army, leading a large combat unit in Baghdad, Iraq. He is a Bronze Star Medal recipient. Thomas earned his B.S. in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and lead the soccer team in scoring in each of his last three years. Thomas served as board director for Boston Scores, a non-profit organization focused on team-based education programs for urban youth, for five years. Thomas is the father of a Roycemore student and the husband to Alana Obaseki, SVP of Marketing and board member for the Evanston Arts Center.

Robbyn Pauley is an accomplished human resources leader with expertise in HR strategy, employee experience, and organizational operations. She currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Northwestern University, where she supports institution‑wide HR initiatives and contributes to building effective, people‑centered workplaces. Robbyn is a graduate of Murray State University. Beyond her professional work, she is deeply engaged in community leadership, serving as a founding member and Chief Operations Officer (COO) of BSides Boulder and chairing the Roycemore Family Association Executive Committee. Robbyn previously served on the board of the Ridgeville Foundation and currently serves on the board for Mudlark Theatre. Robbyn brings to the Board of Trustees a thoughtful, mission‑driven perspective grounded in her HR expertise and commitment to strong organizational stewardship.

Deborah is an alumna of Roycemore School. She was the Distinguished Alumna in 2017. Now retired from her legal career, Deborah was formerly an attorney with Children’s Law Group, LLC, where her practice focused on complex special education matters with particular emphasis on representing children with cochlear implants, genetic disorders, and social-emotional disabilities. She has also taught special education law at DePaul University College of Law and disability law at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Deborah credits her Roycemore education with instilling the importance of following Benjamin Franklin’s adage, “Do well by doing good.”

Muqeeth is a highly skilled Infrastructure Program Manager at Northwestern University with 20 years of experience in Civil Engineering and Construction Management. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in Construction and Project Management earning recognition from peers and superiors alike. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology. As a Program Manager, he oversees maintaining facilities infrastructure on two campuses. He has demonstrated excellent leadership abilities, having managed cross-functional teams, and achieved significant goals within challenging timelines. Along with his technical expertise, Muqeeth is also well-regarded for his ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration. Beyond work, Muqeeth is an active member of Big Ten and Friends and volunteers their time to support Roycemore and his local church. His dedication to excellence and passion for his work make him an asset to any team or Organization. Keith is the parent of two former Griffins. He serves on our Facilities Committee.

Dr. Anita Shah is a Pulmonary and Critical Care physician at Northwest Pulmonary Associates in Chicago. She received her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, with a Minor in Chemistry from the University of Illinois and her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois. She was commissioned into the United States Army after her first year of medical school and completed her Residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the National Capital Consortium Walter Reed Army Medical Center, in Washington D.C. After graduation, she deployed to a trauma hospital in southern Afghanistan for 6 months, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, as a pulmonary critical physician and the medical director of the intensive care unit. Dr. Shah completed 11 years of active duty service and moved back to Chicago in 2016. She is currently a partner in her medical practice at Northwest Pulmonary Associates. She is a member of the Health and Safety Taskforce that helped navigate Roycemore through the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Shah and her husband, Jeffrey, have two children at Roycemore. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exercising, snowboarding, traveling, and shopping.

Kimberly Yuracko is a nationally recognized anti-discrimination scholar, former dean of Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and SafeSport. She is the author of numerous books and articles and teaches Employment Law, Property and Family Law at Northwestern. Kimberly received her AB, JD and PhD (Political Science) from Stanford University. She is the proud parent of a Roycemore high school student and a younger daughter.
